The Reporting Analyst supports Operations through reporting, spreadsheet analysis, data reconciliation, and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepare Excel or PowerPoint presentations about operations, accuracy, and productivity using charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with Operations leaders to gather information, communicate across teams, and ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Reconcile reports and quality and production data; build and analyze data using extensive Excel reporting.
- Interpret TikTok performance results and communicate insights from the data.
- Provide administrative support to Operations leaders and perform other duties as directed.
Required skills and qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
- Expertise in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, and Forms.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English with all levels of staff and management.
- Analyze and interpret data, complete reports, identify trends, and present data to support business decisions.
- Demonstrate detail orientation, adaptability, strong service, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours during month-end.
