We're a profitable, fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand doing \~USD $3M/month in revenue.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Operator (DTC E-Commerce) to own and execute the full growth engine.
This is not just a media buyer role.
You will personally own media buying, creative strategy, copywriting and funnel/landing page building, working directly with the CEO & head of operations and managing a team of video editors without waiting for briefs and taking full accountability for results.
What You'Ll Do
- 1.
- Own daily media buying across Meta (primary), Google, Axon (Applovin) and Taboola
- 2.
- Drive creative strategy — concepts, hooks, angles, briefs — and grow our creative output engine (currently our #1 bottleneck)
- 3.
- Hire, train and manage 2-3 additional video editors to ship a consistent pipeline of winning creatives weekly
- 4.
- Write and iterate on ads, landing pages, funnels and product pages on Shopify (cross-sells, upsells, CRO)
- 5.
- Help scale the brand in new regions
- 6.
- Establish weekly reporting on Revenue, ROAS and creative win rate
- What we're looking for:
- 1.
- A track record of doing something hard that required real intelligence — Top of your class at a strong university, scaling a business unit, mastering a difficult craft.
- We don't care what the domain is.
- We care that you've proven you can think & solve complicated problems.
- 2.
- Deep creative instincts (marketing knowledge) — you can spot what makes content work, what hooks people, what makes them buy
- 3.
- Data-driven operator — fluent in spreadsheets, attribution and unit economics; makes decisions from numbers, not vibes
- 4.
- High-level written and verbal English (we sell to USA and english speaking markets)
- 5.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify (we'll teach you how we operate, but you should already know your way around the tools and have experience with them)
- 6.
- Stability — no job hoppers (\ This Role is Not for pure media buyers who work as "lone wolves" or people who need detailed briefs.
- You should be able to manage a small team and challenge the CEO directly.

- High-intensity — 5-day weeks with long hours, Saturdays when the business needs it
Logistics
This is a Dubai-based position, you will be working with us from our office in Downtown Dubai.
Visa support available for the right hire.
Compensation
Base USD $100K–$120K depending on experience, with performance bonus from year 2 (strong performers can realistically reach $150K–$200K+ total comp).
Phantom stock options available after 2 years.
