The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly proactive and hands-on People & Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Founder and support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced ecommerce business.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in founder-led environments, anticipates needs, and enjoys building processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing a broad scope of responsibilities across people operations, administration, office management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational structures
- Develop and implement HR policies and operational procedures
- Manage recruitment processes for international and remote teams, particularly customer service teams abroad
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle employee operations including medical insurance, benefits administration, and HR coordination
- Liaise with PROs and external partners regarding visas, employment documentation, and company setup matters
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
- Assist with operational finance tasks such as coordinating transfers and handling operational payments
- Ensure smooth office operations, setup, and internal coordination
- Work closely with the Founder to identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar People Operations, Operations Manager, Executive Operations, or HR & Operations role
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup, ecommerce, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment is highly preferred
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to implement structure and processes
- Highly proactive and able to work independently without constant direction
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and loyalty
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling operational and administrative finance-related tasks
- Positive attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work closely with leadership
