Ecom Growth / Performance Manager (DTC, Paid Traffic, Creative-Led) Dubai

About This Role

We’re a DTC e-commerce brand doing $1M+/month in revenue and are looking for a Growth/Performance Manager in Dubai to own execution and scale performance on META.

This is not just a media buyer role. You will own creative testing, performance execution and coordination across Meta Video + Image Ads, working with designers and video editors without waiting for briefs and taking full accountability for results.

What you’ll do:

1. Own a weekly creative testing system (Meta image/video ads + Axon interactives)

2. Decide what to test, iterate, scale, or kill

3. Coordinate designers, editors and media buyers

4. Operate Shopify, including launching and iterating product pages/landing pages

5. Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day execution

What we’re looking for:

1. Experience scaling DTC brands with paid traffic

2. Strong creative-led performance mindset

3. Comfortable operating independently and making decisions

4. Shopify experience required

--> This Role is Not for pure media buyers who work as "lone wolves" or people who need detailed briefs. You should be able to manage a team, please don't apply otherwise.

Compensation:

AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance

We start with a paid trial (30–60 days) to ensure mutual fit, with the option to move into a longer-term role if you perform.
