The Opportunity

We are looking for a Ecom Performance Video Editor to produce short-form video ads that directly drive sales on Meta.

You will own the execution of scroll-stopping video ads for Facebook and Instagram, working closely with our performance team and using real data to decide what works, what gets scaled and what gets cut.

This is more than an video editing role.

The right candidate will progress into a Creative Strategist position, where they will lead and manage other video editors, own the creative testing pipeline and shape the creative strategy that drives revenue across our brands.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments, brings their own ideas and takes full ownership of output.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a genuine interest in direct response marketing and the ambition to grow into a leadership role within the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video ads (hooks, cuts, text overlays, music) with one goal: conversions
  • Work within a weekly creative testing cycle — develop new concepts, iterate on winners, and kill underperformers based on performance data
  • Collaborate directly with the performance and media buying team — no waiting for briefs
  • Bring your own ideas, test them and take ownership of results
  • Continuously improve based on direct, data-driven feedback
  • Progress into a Creative Strategist role, including managing and mentoring other video editors as the creative team scales
  • Build and lead the creative testing pipeline, set quality standards and review output from junior editors
  • Translate performance data into clear creative direction for the wider team

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
  • Proven experience editing performance video ads, ideally for DTC e-commerce brands
  • Strong visual eye paired with a genuine interest in marketing strategy and what actually converts
  • A structured, self-organized work style — you find solutions, not excuses
  • Interest in Direct Response, e-commerce and online sales is absolutely necessary
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your output without hand-holding
  • Ambition and capability to grow into a Creative Strategist role, with the leadership skills to eventually manage other video editors
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Stable career history; we are looking for someone seeking long-term growth within the company
