Role Description

The Senior Growth Manager – Business Development – HR Consulting – White Collar Recruitment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new commercial opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and promoting Auxilium’s HR consulting, Employer of Record, payroll, and recruitment services.

The Senior Growth Manager will lead end-to-end business development cycles, including market research, lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal HR and operations teams to design client solutions, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and representing Auxilium at client meetings and industry events.

The role requires fluent English communication, with a focus on white collar recruitment across the GCC market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools to evaluate markets, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including fluent English, for client engagement, presentations, and internal collaboration.
  • Proven Sales and business development experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or related professional services.
  • Solid Project Management capabilities to lead end-to-end client engagements, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Background in HR services, recruitment, or workforce solutions, ideally within the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to evolving market needs.
