Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Support Operations Manager focused on recruitment services, HR consulting, and staff onboarding.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day customer support operations for recruitment and onboarding projects, ensuring consistent service quality and high customer satisfaction.

The manager will coordinate with internal HR, recruitment, and payroll teams to streamline onboarding workflows for clients’ staff across KSA, UAE, and the broader GCC.

Responsibilities

include tracking performance metrics, optimizing processes, and resolving escalated client issues related to onboarding and support.

The role also involves managing support procedures, developing standard operating processes, coordinating program timelines, and reporting progress and risks to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, preferably within recruitment services, HR consulting, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize support and onboarding processes.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Program Management experience, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring multi-country onboarding or HR programs.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or staff onboarding in KSA/UAE or wider GCC is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, CRM, ticketing, or workflow management tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage time-sensitive, multi-country client requirements.
