Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and operationally strong Team Leader to head the Corporate & Residency Services Division.

This is a delivery-focused leadership role responsible for managing a team of specialists across two core service verticals: Corporate Services (company incorporation, post-incorporation services, and ongoing compliance) and Residency Services (visa programmes and residency solutions for individuals and businesses).

The right candidate will have deep, hands-on knowledge of company incorporation processes across UAE and Saudi Arabia, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver consistently high standards of service.

You will own end-to-end delivery across the division, coordinate with external vendors where required, and identify upsell opportunities that are a natural fit for clients based on their profile and needs.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of specialists responsible for selling, processing and delivery of corporate and residency services.
  • Set clear performance expectations, manage workloads, and ensure the team delivers accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes for clients.
  • Establish and manage OKRs to monitor team performance and service delivery standards.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and structured development to build team capability and expertise.
  • Use data and reporting to identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and keep senior leadership informed on divisional performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and client-first service delivery.

Company Incorporation – UAE & Saudi Arabia

  • Own and oversee the end-to-end delivery of company incorporation services for clients, across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain deep, current knowledge of incorporation procedures, documentation requirements, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies across both jurisdictions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or non-standard incorporation cases, applying expert judgement to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities, free zone authorities, and third-party service providers to progress cases and resolve blockers.
  • Continuously review and improve incorporation workflows to increase efficiency and reduce processing times.

Post-Incorporation Services

  • Oversee the delivery of post-incorporation services to clients following company formation, including:
  • Tax registration and compliance
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • HR advisory services
  • PRO services
  • Payroll management
  • Ensure seamless handover and continuity between the incorporation stage and ongoing post-incorporation support.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists and, where applicable, approved external vendors to deliver these services to the required standard.

Residency Services

  • Oversee the processing and delivery of UAE residency solutions managed by the team, including:
  • Golden Visas

• Remote Work Visas

  • Investor Visas
  • Dependent Visas
  • Ensure all residency cases are handled accurately, compliantly, and within expected timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE visa regulations, eligibility criteria, and processing requirements across all visa types.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex residency cases and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.

Upselling & Client Development

  • Identify upsell opportunities based on client profiles and service usage, recommending relevant additional services at the appropriate point in the client journey.
  • Coordinate the delivery of upsold services, managing the handoff between teams and engaging external vendors where required.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support retention and long-term account development.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers involved in the delivery of corporate and residency services.
  • Ensure external partners meet agreed service standards and turnaround times.
  • Work closely with internal teams including technology, compliance, finance, and business development to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of platform and process improvements that support the team’s operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership or team management role within corporate services, company formation, or a related professional services environment in the UAE and/or GCC.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation processes, including mainland, free zone, and offshore structures, documentation requirements, and relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE residency programmes and visa types, including Golden Visas, Remote Work Visas, Investor Visas, and Dependent Visas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop operational teams, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of delivery under pressure.
  • Experience overseeing or coordinating post-incorporation services such as tax compliance, accounting, HR advisory, PRO services, and payroll.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate with external vendors and government authorities.
  • Experience setting and tracking OKRs and using data to improve team and service performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex or escalated cases with confidence and expertise.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms and CRM systems; able to contribute to process and platform improvement initiatives.
