Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead – Corporate & Residency Services (UAE/KSA) – Sales – Business Set Up role based in Dubai.

The Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for advising clients on company formation, residency and visa services, and business setup solutions across the UAE and KSA, ensuring that services are delivered accurately and on time.

The role includes managing and coaching team members, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.

The Team Lead will actively drive sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing business, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal legal, HR, and operations teams, staying current on relevant regulations, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM and reporting tools, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven team leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing high-performing sales or service teams.
  • Strong supervisory skills, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities, with a client-focused mindset and a track record of managing complex client requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally in corporate services, business setup, HR solutions, or related fields in the GCC.
  • Solid understanding of UAE and KSA business setup, residency, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working to targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; familiarity with pipeline and performance reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate
