Role Description
Senior Growth Manager will drive business growth in the HR consulting and Employer of Record space, focusing on the GCC market with an on-site presence in Dubai.
This full-time role includes developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
The position involves leading sales initiatives, managing end-to-end growth projects, collaborating with HR, payroll, and operations teams, and analyzing market trends and performance data to refine go-to-market plans.
The Senior Growth Manager will prepare proposals and presentations, contribute to pricing and service offerings, and ensure that growth activities align with Auxilium’s compliance and customer-focused standards.
This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and support scalable, sustainable revenue expansion.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of B2B sales experience
✅ GCC market exposure preferred
✅ Experience in EOR, HR services, staffing, payroll, or recruitment solutions
✅ Strong consultative selling and account management skills
✅ Passion for building client relationships and exceeding revenue targets
