Project and role

BIM and digital delivery

• Support project delivery teams throughout the lifecycle and embed BIM and digital processes aligned with the Mace Way.
• Assess project resourcing needs and support recruitment and capability development in BIM teams.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and client digital handover strategies in line with ISO 19650.
• Establish governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management, including oversight of model production, checking, and digital handover.
• Lead development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
• Monitor compliance with standards and regulations, drive continuous improvement, and identify ways to enhance digital delivery.
• Oversee digital platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for document control, coordination, and information exchange.
• Support planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including construction sequencing and cost planning.

Collaboration and improvement

• Provide training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams.
• Engage stakeholders, influence senior stakeholders, and foster collaborative working relationships.
• Track industry developments and emerging technologies and integrate innovations into BIM processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to net-zero transition and proactively identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
• Relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy business is required.
• Meet necessary Saudi visa criteria and client approval requirements.

Advantageous accreditation

• Professional membership or accreditation such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent is advantageous.
