Join a large-scale masterplanned development in Dubai featuring villas, apartments and a central park.
Mace provides PMO services to support planning and coordinated delivery.
Lead planning and scheduling across allocated projects and tenders.
Planning and delivery responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programmes from initial brief through design, procurement and construction.
- Monitor milestone progress, analyze critical-path impacts and identify programme risks and recovery actions.
- Review contractor and consultant schedules and coordinate dependencies and interfaces across project teams.
- Apply consistent scheduling methods and earned value management to track programme performance.
- Report programme status, forecasts and corrective recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the planning team, ensuring accurate schedules, quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
Safety and sustainability
- Champion safety, wellbeing and inclusive behaviours across project delivery.
- Work with project teams to identify carbon-reduction opportunities and support the net zero transition through planning and delivery.
Candidate requirements
- Degree-qualified in construction, engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive multidisciplinary planning experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of scheduling software.
