The role supports a major Saudi Arabian mixed-use development programme with sports, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure.
Mace is a delivery partner seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated teams through project phases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual business plan objectives within agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Lead geotechnical design resources and oversee design service delivery across multiple projects.
- Present management review data and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams.
- Support business development, work-winning, training, and capability development.
- Ensure compliance with management systems, project governance, and defined responsibilities.
- Serve as the focal point for geotechnical design and drive improvements to delivery plans, standards, tools, and processes.
- Influence procurement strategies and contractual and legal matters, collaborating with stakeholders to promote technical excellence.
- Identify and manage carbon emissions and support net-zero objectives using organizational knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience leading geotechnical design teams and delivering major infrastructure or building projects.
