Bloombox seeks an experienced Senior Florist / Corporate Manager with a background in corporate accounts, sales, team leadership, and premium floral design.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts and develop new business.
- Build relationships with corporate and VIP clients.
- Prepare floral concepts, proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Lead and supervise the floral team and daily studio operations.
- Create premium floral arrangements, installations, and event designs.
- Coordinate recurring floral services for offices, hotels, and events.
- Manage orders, client follow-ups, purchasing, inventory, quality, and wastage.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional floristry experience.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven corporate client and business-development experience.
- Strong floral design, sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, including managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Provide a CV and floral portfolio.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
