Bloombox LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory, logistics, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse and logistics workflows; manage inventory accuracy, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and develop teams; monitor KPIs, productivity, costs, quality, and service levels; report performance to management.
- Improve efficiency and reduce waste; coordinate with purchasing, sales, delivery, and other departments.
- Ensure policy, safety, and procedure compliance; manage schedules, resources, and staffing.
- For flower operations, oversee handling, storage, quality control, and product waste minimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations and/or warehouse management experience.
- Experience monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and tracking performance against targets.
- Proven ability to manage teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is listed; the posting also labels a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Warehouse or flower/floral industry experience is a plus; driving license is preferred.
Pay
- AED 8,000–15,000 per month.
