Manage corporate clients, business relationships, sales performance, and day-to-day coordination within the floral industry.
The employer seeks 5+ years of relevant experience, strong client management and leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate accounts and key client relationships.
- Develop new corporate business opportunities and partnerships.
- Oversee corporate flower orders, contracts, and service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, florist, operations, and delivery teams.
- Prepare reports and provide performance updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow corporate sales.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of corporate or business management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
- Experience with KPIs, reporting, and corporate accounts.
- Florist or floral industry experience is a plus.
Pay
- AED 8,000–15,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
