Bloombox LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator/Helper for immediate hiring.
The role manages daily logistics activities involving shipments, deliveries, transportation, and order tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
- Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities.
- Prepare and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.
- Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily logistics operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is listed in the qualifications section, while the education field marks it as preferred.
- At least one year of logistics or similar experience is stated in the qualifications section, while the experience field marks it as preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.
- English is listed as preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full time.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
