Role Overview
Manage corporate accounts, sales, team leadership, and premium floral design as a Senior Florist / Corporate Manager.
Support corporate and VIP clients while leading floral delivery and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow corporate accounts and develop new business.
- Build relationships with corporate and VIP clients.
- Prepare floral concepts, proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Lead the floral team and daily studio operations.
- Create premium floral arrangements, installations, and event designs.
- Coordinate recurring floral services for offices, hotels, and events.
- Manage orders, follow-ups, purchasing, inventory, quality, and wastage.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional florist experience.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven corporate client and business-development experience.
- Strong floral design, sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
