Senior Florist And Corporate Manager
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Florist / Corporate Manager to oversee floral design operations, manage corporate clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create premium floral arrangements, bouquets, and event installations.
- Manage corporate accounts, hotels, offices, and VIP clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Supervise the floral team, inventory, quality control, and daily operations.
- Handle quotations, corporate orders, and delivery coordination.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in floristry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong floral design, leadership, and corporate sales skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
