Lead floral operations and corporate business development for a luxury floristry business in Dubai.
The role combines corporate management, professional floristry and floral design expertise, commercial leadership, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily floristry operations and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury corporate clients, hotels, event companies, and VIP customers.
- Drive business development, sales growth, and long-term corporate partnerships.
- Lead and develop a high-performing floristry and operations team.
- Oversee floral design, production, quality, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Manage corporate events, large-scale floral installations, and bespoke projects.
- Monitor budgets, costing, profitability, and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate or business management experience is required.
- 3+ years of professional floristry or floral design experience is required.
- Proven leadership and corporate client management experience is required.
- Strong commercial, sales, and business development skills are required.
- Excellent knowledge of premium floral design, flowers, procurement, and operations is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates with both corporate management and hands-on floristry experience are strongly preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A driving license is preferred.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
