Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) who will take full ownership of financial planning, reporting accuracy, and strategic performance management across multiple international entities.

Global Scope: You will work with international teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, handling multi currency and multi entity finance operations.

Strategic Role: Finance is central to our decision making process, giving you direct influence on company direction and investment planning.

Modern Systems: We operate with cloud based financial tools and integrated reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial strategy across all departments.

Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across regions.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and maintain financial stability across global operations.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to support strategic decisions with financial insights.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring performance, accountability, and growth.

Risk & Controls: Implement financial controls and identify risks to safeguard company assets and profitability.

6+ years in finance or accounting, including leadership or senior management experience.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, ERP systems, and advanced financial modeling.

Industry Experience: Background in media, travel, digital services, or multi entity international businesses preferred.

Mindset: Analytical, structured, and confident in making high impact financial decisions in a fast paced environment.

Pay: QAR23,000.00 - QAR34,000.00 per month
