We are looking for a **Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d)** who will take full ownership of our financial strategy and operations in Qatar.

You will work closely with senior leadership, acting as the bridge between financial performance and business strategy across regional operations.

Financial Leadership
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for Qatar operations.
Strategic Planning
Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business expansion plans in the GCC.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Qatar financial regulations, including tax frameworks, audit requirements, and reporting standards.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide detailed financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reports to support decision-making.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the local finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience
8+ years in Finance or Accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role within the GCC or similar markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
Technical Skills
Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial modeling, and advanced Excel.
Regional Knowledge
Familiarity with Qatar’s financial regulations, VAT (where applicable), and audit practices is highly preferred.
Language Skills
English (C1) is required; Arabic is a strong advantage for local stakeholder engagement.
Mindset
You are detail-oriented yet strategic.
You understand the importance of compliance while driving financial performance in a fast-paced regional market.
