We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (m f d) who can take full ownership of our financial strategy and operations. You will not just manage accounts you will drive financial planning, optimize performance, and guide leadership with data backed insights. You will lead a small, high performing finance team and act as a key partner to executive stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy Ownership:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning.

End to End Financial Management:
Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.

Data Driven Insights:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business growth and cost optimization.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads, presenting financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7 plus years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA ACCA or CFA are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial systems ERP platforms and advanced Excel or data analysis tools.

Language Skills:
Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage for regional business operations.

Mindset:
You are analytical and strategic, with the ability to balance attention to detail and big picture thinking. You know when to control costs and when to invest for growth.
