We manage high value assets across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality portfolios.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager Real Estate who will take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision support across our property portfolio.
You are not just managing numbers; you are driving financial performance, guiding investment decisions, and ensuring long term profitability.
You will work closely with senior leadership, operations teams, and external stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear actionable insights.
You are the financial voice in a room full of developers, operators, and executives.

Financial Strategy And Planning
- Lead budgeting forecasting and long term financial planning for real estate projects
- Provide financial insights to support investment and development decisions
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Cash Flow And Cost Management
- Monitor cash flow across multiple properties and projects
- Control operational and capital expenditures to maximize profitability
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership investors and external auditors
- Present financial performance and recommendations clearly and confidently
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
- Oversee audits and maintain strong internal controls
Experience
- 8+ years in finance accounting or real estate financial management
- At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
Industry Background
- Strong experience in real estate hospitality or property development is required
Education
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- CPA ACCA or CFA is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Mindset
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance accuracy with business speed
- Confident communicator who can influence decision making
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR23,000.00 - QAR26,000.00 per month
