We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our financial strategy and corporate performance. You are not simply reviewing spreadsheets or approving budgets—you are defining the financial direction of the business. You will lead a high-performing finance team, bridging the gap between commercial objectives, operational execution, and long-term profitability.

You are the advocate for financial discipline in a room full of executives, department leaders, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy Ownership:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning across the organization.

Business Performance:

Monitor profitability, operational costs, and revenue trends. Deliver financial insights that support strategic business decisions.

Team Leadership:

Mentor finance analysts, accountants, and finance supervisors. Conduct performance reviews and develop the next generation of finance leaders.

Risk & Compliance:

Ensure financial governance, internal controls, audit readiness, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting standards are maintained.

Stakeholder Management:

Present financial strategy, performance reports, and investment recommendations to executive leadership. You can explain not only what the numbers say, but what actions the business should take.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Financial Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, budgeting platforms, forecasting tools, and advanced reporting dashboards.

Language Skills:

English (Professional) is required for executive reporting and business communication. Arabic is considered an advantage.

Mindset:

You are pragmatic. You know when to protect margins, when to invest for growth, and when the business needs decisive financial leadership.
