Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning across the organization.

Monitor profitability, operational costs, and revenue trends.

Deliver financial insights that support strategic business decisions.

Mentor finance analysts, accountants, and finance supervisors.

Conduct performance reviews and develop the next generation of finance leaders.

Ensure financial governance, internal controls, audit readiness, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting standards are maintained.

Present financial strategy, performance reports, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.

You can explain not only what the numbers say, but what actions the business should take.

What We Are Looking For?

8+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Financial Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA is highly valued.

Strong experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, budgeting platforms, forecasting tools, and advanced reporting dashboards.

English (Professional) is required for executive reporting and business communication.

Arabic is considered an advantage.

You are pragmatic.

You know when to protect margins, when to invest for growth, and when the business needs decisive financial leadership.
