Overview
**Job Overview:** Thafzeer Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented **Finance Manager / Senior Finance Analyst** to join our financial team.
In this crucial role, you will oversee financial activities, provide insightful analysis, and contribute to the strategic decision-making process within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing insights that drive financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing financial resources and investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- **5+** **years** of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial software and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 70 - 120**, based on experience.
