Senior HR Executive role supporting a diversified group of companies with interests across multiple industries, including food and beverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, construction, real estate, hospitality, and automotive operations, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations; manage contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, visa and work permit processing, employee documentation, and HR reporting across business units.
- Coordinate UAE National recruitment, Nafis-related processes, Emiratization targets, government reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of UAE HR generalist experience.
- Experience recruiting corporate, operational, and frontline employees; sector experience in a diversified group or related industries is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE Labour Law, WPS, employment contracts, visa procedures, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
