Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain potential and existing client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting features and benefits to generate interest and sales.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and manage accurate property transaction documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; fluent written and spoken English.
- At least 3 years of solid experience, preferably in off-plan sales within UAE developers, and a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications, with competitive commission.
