Oversees design, implementation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across projects.
Ensures technical excellence, standards compliance, and efficient execution of MEP activities.
Design and project delivery
- Develop and review MEP technical designs, drawings, and specifications; optimize systems for energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, coordinating with other departments to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Conduct site inspections, apply quality controls, and ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, safety rules, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitor expenditures, identify savings, and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot failures, and recommend corrective actions to minimize operational disruption.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients; provide technical support and address technical concerns.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, conduct training, and promote continuous learning and innovation.
- Perform other role-relevant tasks requested by management.
Position requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems design and coordination; excellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing engineering standards.
- Proven ability to lead MEP project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
