Lead sales professionals and oversee sales and revenue goals across Binghatti’s project portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, and oversee revenue-goal achievement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits; guide prospective buyers through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales initiatives with business objectives and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate sales-management background, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience developing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and use CRM and reporting tools.
- UAE or GCC luxury or branded real estate experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; professional real estate certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organization and time-management skills for a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Language requirements
- Fluency in English, French, Spanish, and Turkish is required.
- Arabic or additional language proficiency is an asset.
