Binghatti is hiring a Relationship Manager for its real estate sales team.
The role seeks 2–5 years of proven real estate off-plan sales experience, channel partner and high-net-worth client connections, and a record of achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales from prospecting through deal closure and maintain channel partner and high-net-worth client relationships.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic, consultative selling.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing recommendations.
- Work with marketing and operations to improve lead conversion and mentor junior team members.
- Represent Binghatti at roadshows, expos, and high-profile client events.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of real estate sales experience; luxury-segment experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- International-client experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate sales platforms.
- Strong channel partner and high-net-worth individual network; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales-target performance and knowledge of Dubai market dynamics and demand drivers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
