Electrical maintenance duties
- Maintain and troubleshoot HV/MV/LV transformers and switchgear.
- Work on HV/MV/LV cables and terminations; maintain MV/LV MCCs and motors.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, and UPS systems.
- Maintain lighting, cathodic protection systems, hoists, and electrical systems of flares.
- Work with motor and feeder protection relays and troubleshoot electrical equipment, control systems, and power circuits.
- Read single-line diagrams, machine sketches, and complex control schematics.
- Use multimeters, Meggers, and related testing and calibration instruments.
- Follow PTW, LOTO, HSEQ, and plant safety procedures.
Qualifications and experience
- Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering or the relevant trade through a 12+3-year education route.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.
- Hands-on experience with work order functions in the SAP EAM Maintenance module.
- Strong competency in team management, communication, maintenance planning, and report writing.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a good HSEQ track record.
