Responsibilities
- Supervise planned preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing, and associated equipment maintenance as applicable to the site.
- Assign technician tasks and monitor work quality and completion.
- Review faults and recurring issues, recommending corrective action.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
- Review material requirements, spare parts, and technical specifications.
- Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
- Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements, and permits.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise planned preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing, and associated equipment, as applicable to the site.
- Ability to assign work to technicians and monitor quality and completion.
- Ability to review faults, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective action.
- Ability to review material requirements, spare parts, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, isolation requirements, and permits.
