Role overview
Provide relief coverage and support for assigned mechanical and electrical engineering duties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance activities and ensure continuity during handovers.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system faults; support urgent repairs, shutdowns, and service restoration.
- Supervise technicians and check assigned work against quality requirements.
- Assist with maintenance planning, inspections, and work-order follow-up.
- Coordinate material and spare-part requirements with the responsible team.
- Update maintenance records and communicate outstanding issues.
- Follow site safety procedures and approved technical processes.
Requirements
- Ability to support mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting, maintenance activities, inspections, and urgent repairs.
- Ability to supervise technicians and verify work quality.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance handovers, material and spare-part needs, and outstanding issues.
- Ability to follow site safety procedures and approved technical processes.
