Provide relief and support technician coverage, including building-services maintenance and service restoration.
Duties
- Cover assigned technician duties during absences or increased workloads.
- Assist with preventive and corrective building-services maintenance; troubleshoot and repair equipment within trade competency.
- Support emergency maintenance, service restoration, inspections, testing, and component replacement.
- Communicate pending work during handovers and record work completed and materials used.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; follow permit, isolation, and site safety requirements.
