Responsibilities
- Cover assigned civil maintenance duties during absences or increased workloads.
- Carry out minor masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, and grouting repairs.
- Assist with waterproofing and rectification of damaged building finishes.
- Prepare work areas, surfaces, tools, and materials.
- Support urgent repairs and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Inspect assigned areas and report defects or incomplete work.
- Follow instructions from the responsible engineer or supervisor.
- Maintain work records and provide clear task handovers.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
