Responsibilities
- Evaluate comprehensive electrical drawings and calculations from early concept stages through to IFC issuance
- Manage cross functional coordination with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines to proactively resolve design clashes prior to execution
- Review and approve Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFIs, and Method Statements for all electrical works
- Provide expert technical support during project execution, solving site specific technical challenges and ensuring compliance with approved drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with a robust track record in technical office operations or design management
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering high rise residential, commercial, or hospitality building projects
- Background working with major engineering consultancies, tier 1 contractors, or prominent real estate developers
- Advanced proficiency in reviewing power, lighting, low voltage, and emergency ELV systems
- Strong command of engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM coordination workflows
- Comprehensive knowledge of SBC, SEC, IEC, and NFPA codes, alongside civil defense requirements
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or Revit accreditation are highly preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for talented design management and technical office experts to lead our electrical engineering functions.
- In this high impact role, you will oversee the end to end review and approval of electrical designs from concept to IFC issuance, collaborating closely with top tier consultants and ensuring flawless alignment with project standards and national codes.
Key Responsibilities
