  • Advanced, flawless professional writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow dynamics, and key investment metrics (including IRR and ROI).
  • Complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for advanced analysis, data synthesis, and executive presentations.
  • Proven ability to analyze, summarize, and interpret complex legal contracts and agreements, with meticulous tracking of embedded obligations.
  • Solid familiarity with the Saudi capital markets ecosystem and its primary institutional stakeholders (e.g., capital investment companies, custodians, real estate developers).

  • minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience within real estate funds, capital markets, asset management, or real estate development.
  • Prior hands-on experience dealing with entities regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) is highly preferred.
