We're looking for a talented candidate to support the Marketing Manager in developing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies for the company and its real estate projects.
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily marketing operations, monitoring team deliverables, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination between sales, digital media, creative assets, and external agencies to hit targeted KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in drafting seasonal marketing plans, media plans, and tactical advertising campaigns for various real estate projects.
- Translate approved high-level marketing strategies into clear, actionable tasks for the team, establishing daily workflows and priorities.
- Overlook the execution of the monthly marketing calendar, ensures strict timeline adherence, and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Synchronize workflows between internal content writers, graphic designers, performance marketers, corporate communications, and the sales department.
- Review all marketing collateral (social media posts, brochures, presentations, ad copies, event scripts, and website landing pages) before final submission for Manager approval.
- Coordinate with external creative/advertising agencies and print vendors to ensure accurate and on-time execution of contractual deliverables.
- Monitor CRM pipelines and customer feedback in collaboration with sales teams to evaluate lead quality, tracking leads down to site visits.
- Keep track of ongoing campaign metrics, analyzing marketing data to generate structural insights for optimization.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product positioning within the real estate market to extract actionable recommendations.
- Supervise the marketing and promotional deliverables required for property launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Prepare detailed weekly progress reports highlighting completed tasks, delayed deliverables, and resource recommendations.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative preparation, data compilation, presentation design, and high-level operational brief summaries.
Technical Skills
- Proven ability to structure traditional and digital marketing plans and media deployment workflows.
- Solid understanding of the real estate customer journey (from lead acquisition to booking, showroom visits, and sales closures).
- Fundamental knowledge of digital advertising mechanics and the ability to interpret channel performance reports.
- Practical experience navigating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce) to analyze lead sources and quality trends.
- Sharp eye for visual alignment, message clarity, brand identity consistency, and professional Arabic/English copywriting.
- Competency in managing content calendars, creative briefs, and sprint assignments for design teams.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data sorting/reporting) and PowerPoint
- Understanding of enterprise social media management, publication algorithms, and content strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in general marketing, with a focus on operations or project coordination.
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated marketing experience within real estate development, real estate brokerages, PropTech platforms, or specialized agencies handling real estate accounts
- Proven background in translating strategy into operational plans and supervising team workflows.
- Native fluency in Arabic; professional business fluency in English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
