About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Information Technology Specialist to provide end-to-end administration and support across the company's IT environment, covering endpoints, servers, network infrastructure, security, surveillance systems, and business applications (CRM/ERP), while ensuring continuous availability, operational security, and full compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests from first contact through advanced resolution, including escalation to and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain ticketing discipline, SLAs, knowledge base articles, and root-cause documentation.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), licensing, and tenant configuration.
- Manage Azure resources, Entra ID (identities, conditional access, MFA), and Intune endpoint/device management.
- Manage LAN/WLAN, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS/DHCP, and VPN.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and uptime; troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu) systems, including provisioning, patching, hardening, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Manage Active Directory, file/print services, and virtualization/cloud-hosted workloads.
- Manage CCTV/NVR/VMS systems, camera health, retention policies, and access to footage in line with privacy obligations.
- Administer endpoint protection (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint), patch compliance, and access controls.
- Support security monitoring, incident response, and adherence to PDPL and company security policies.
- Administer the company's CRM (real estate operations) user management, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
- Administer the ERP system, including user roles, modules, integrations, and coordination with functional owners (Finance, Operations).
- Configure and maintain firewalls, NSGs/Azure Firewall, and Web Application Firewall (e.g., Azure Application Gateway WAF) rules, whitelisting, and logging.
Technical Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Windows & Linux servers, and networking fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of firewalls/WAF, endpoint security, and backup/DR.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP administration (real estate experience is a plus).
- IT Project Management.

& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Preferably Microsoft Administrator, Networking, or Security Certification.
- 3–5 years in a broad IT administration / systems support role.
- Bilingual Arabic/English; ability to support and document in both.
