About the Role

We're looking for a talented candidate to lead, manage, and optimize the company’s digital marketing ecosystem and paid advertising campaigns across various real estate projects.

The role focuses on strategic campaign planning, budget management, performance optimization, and advanced data analytics to maximize lead quality.

The core objective is to seamlessly align digital marketing initiatives with sales targets, driving commercial growth and higher conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • :Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate projects in close coordination with the Marketing Manager
  • .Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, and other relevant channels
  • .Define clear advertising objectives tailored to each project stage (Awareness, Traffic, Lead Generation, Retargeting, and Conversion Optimization)
  • .Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across different channels based on daily and weekly performance
  • .Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Qualified Lead
  • .Oversee the setup of UTM tracking, Pixels, and Conversion Events; ensure tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • .Build and maintain clear, interactive data dashboards (using Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) to present channel and project performance to senior management
  • .Coordinate regularly with the sales and customer service teams to assess lead quality, monitor the conversion funnel, and act on sales feedback
  • .Propose and optimize dedicated landing pages and lead forms to enhance the digital customer experience from ad click to final registration
  • .Execute advanced retargeting campaigns and build Lookalike/Custom audiences to capture high-intent prospects
  • .Provide clear, data-driven creative briefs to the content and design teams; spearhead A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, designs, videos, and landing pages
  • .Supervise and evaluate the performance of external digital agencies, platforms, and vendors to ensure data transparency and ROI
  • .Actively contribute to improving data quality within the CRM system, mapping campaign sources to lead qualification stages
  • .Conduct ongoing digital competitor analysis and keep up with the latest ad platform algorithms and real estate marketing trends

Technical Skill

  • s Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max
  • ).Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API (CAPI), and complex tracking plan setup
  • s.Ability to build performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent tool
  • s.Deep understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insight
  • s.Proven experience in generating high-value leads and understanding the specific real estate customer journe

  • working with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and linking ad data to sales pipeline
  • s.Solid understanding of search engine optimization and marketing, including Google Keyword Planner and negative keyword strategie
  • s.Competency in designing and executing structured A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience
  • s.Ability to manage mid-to-large scale monthly budgets and interpret diverse Attribution Model
