Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic professional to join our team to lead the expansion strategy of indirect sales channels at AlAwali Real Estate by building and managing a distinguished network of real estate partners and brokers.

The role aims to foster sustainable strategic partnerships and provide professional

support and training to partners, ensuring our projects are represented at the

highest quality standards, with a focus on performance analysis and compliance with

company policies to achieve sales targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively scout, recruit, and onboard new accredited real estate brokers and marketing partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key players in the real estate market.
  • Manage, update, and enforce cooperation and commission agreements in line with corporate policies.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on project details, competitive advantages, and payment plans.
  • Provide partners with updated marketing materials, promotional offers, and pricing structures.
  • Monitor broker's performance, analyze sales data, and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Ensure partner compliance with company policies and approved brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Collection, and Customer Service) to streamline the closing processes for clients referred to by indirect channels.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Real Estate market and regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced presentation and training skills.
  • Behavior competencies:
  • Ability to identify and tap into new market segments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster long-term trust.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work within an organized schedule.
  • Effective teamwork across internal departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Real Estate company.
  • Strong existing network of local real estate marketing firms and brokers.
  • Established international professional network in real estate marketing.
  • Proven ability to attract new sales channels for the company.
