ARX is hiring a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer for its Riyadh office.
The role focuses on dry utility networks, including power, telecommunications, and street lighting systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee dry utility systems for infrastructure projects.
- Perform and review calculations, network designs, cable sizing, and engineering analyses.
- Ensure design compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate systems with project managers and other engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections, diversions, and interfaces.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
- Review deliverables from engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams; support and guide junior colleagues.
- Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of infrastructure project experience focused on dry utilities, including at least 3 relevant years in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of dry utility design and construction practices, KSA codes, standards, and utility authority requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering design software, such as Civil 3D and electrical design software.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
