Compensation

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain heavy equipment certifications and compliance records; ensure ADNOC-related certifications remain valid and current.
- Track certificate expiries and coordinate renewals; validate certificates, inspection reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain tracking for certifications, permits, and inspection records.
- Coordinate documentation with third-party inspection agencies, clients, and internal departments.
- Prepare and submit equipment approval, mobilization, and project compliance documents.
- Follow up on pending, expiring, and expired documents and provide management updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant document control experience in heavy equipment rental, transportation, construction, or oil and gas.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC equipment certification and documentation requirements.
- Experience validating certificates, tracking expiries, and coordinating renewals.
- Familiarity with third-party inspections and equipment compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document tracking systems.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
