Delta Gulf Group seeks a Document Control Coordinator to handle vehicle registration, renewals, and fleet documentation for heavy equipment and transportation operations.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle registration and renewal for company vehicles and applicable equipment; monitor expiry dates and arrange timely renewals.
- Maintain records of Mulkiya cards, insurance policies, permits, and inspection reports; verify that documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate inspections and follow up on outstanding registration or renewal requirements.
- Liaise with authorities, insurance providers, inspection centers, and internal fleet and maintenance teams.
- Maintain filing and expiry-tracking systems; notify management about upcoming expiries, pending renewals, and documentation issues.
- Prepare vehicle documents for project mobilization and client submissions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in document control, fleet administration, or vehicle registration coordination.
- Good knowledge of UAE vehicle registration and renewal procedures; familiarity with Mulkiya, vehicle insurance, inspection requirements, and fleet documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking systems; strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in heavy equipment rental, transportation, construction, or oil and gas is preferred.
