Responsibilities
- Lead design for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and consistency across stages.
- Act as primary client contact, maintain clear communication, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Coordinate architects and multidisciplinary design teams to align with project goals.
- Guide pre-concept, conceptual, and detailed design stages.
- Integrate the design vision with project delivery objectives through collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee design reviews, approvals, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, brand requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support design strategies, design briefs, and feasibility studies.
- Monitor progress and deadlines and anticipate design challenges.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, efficient working environment.
Qualifications and experience
- Extensive experience in high-end real estate developments and branded residences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience with a strong design background.
- Experience in a PMC or development management environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Dynamic, open, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with pre-concept and design competition projects.
