Multiple experienced Project Directors are sought for leading main contractors undertaking large-scale construction projects across the GCC.
Project Directors oversee successful delivery of large-scale building projects with a hands-on approach.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, aligning client objectives with contractor strategic goals.
- Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams and build collaboration with clients, consultants, and government bodies.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks to protect profitability and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards in line with UAE regulations and client expectations.
Key requirements
- Minimum 20 years of relevant construction industry experience, with a strong background in large-scale GCC projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience working as a Project Director for a main contractor.
- At least two projects completed in a Project Director capacity.
