Oversee on-site delivery of large water or infrastructure projects.
Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and timely execution in line with client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction against approved designs, specifications, and schedules.
- Act as the primary on-site interface for clients, contractors, and consultants on technical and contractual matters.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor progress and correct delays or deviations.
- Uphold quality control and HSE compliance.
- Review and approve site documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions.
- Identify on-site risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- At least 20 years managing large-scale UAE infrastructure projects or water projects, including a large STP project of at least 3,500 m³/day.
- Experience with Tier 1 PMCs or contractors.
- Strong on-site construction management, QA/QC, and HSE knowledge.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- RTA or DM approval is preferred, not mandatory.
