Project Manager responsible for leading a variety of projects in the UAE.
The posting focuses on interior fit-out project delivery.
Project delivery responsibilities
- Oversee fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timeline and budget targets are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules and strategies for successful delivery.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team and build a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Act as the main contact for clients, architects, designers and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and aligned project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks; ensure project safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reports for cost-effective execution.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out sector.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead on major fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred, though candidates outside the region may apply.
