Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot large and complex datasets.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
- Proficiency developing dashboards and reports (Tableau) to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
- Ability to gather and translate business requests into clear requirements and deliver reporting solutions that meet stakeholders’ needs for analytical reporting and warehousing initiatives.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $108,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
